Nada me gustó el personal horrible y mala educación

I didn't like anything about the place, the only thing was it was close to where I wanted to go,I didn't have any heat in the room. My daughter and I were freezing ,I called the front desk, but they told me to call in the morning

The microwave needs to be cleaned, the water for the tea is cold, they have to do better,I couldn't,wait to leave, the phone in the room doesn't,I stay in 117 it's really cold,,I will never book any more room there ,I was very upset about my stay because I was cold ,why can't the rooms have small fridge,or a microwave, thank you

The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The staff was friendly. Low price.

The halls and grounds were dirty (cigarette butts, old sheets). The rooms had pot smell coming from vents. We didn’t see the elevator inspection. The door to outside from the stairway was wide open so anyone could walk in (a safety concern). Seeing the police parked in the driveway day one didn’t make us feel like it may be a safe place.

The room was ok untill we turned on the TV and it had line in the middle so use switch our room and there was no remote for the TV
