"This facility should be de-listed from your platform."

There was no breakfast. I believe this is an extended stay or transitional hotel for the less fortunate in the community. Description of facility should acknowledge this in description. Trash everywhere & very noisy.

Most everything. Registration was handled through an agent working remotely, very hard to hear & understand. No direction related to room location or parking.

The facility was not clean. We were stuck on the elevator. The staff was not pleasant. You can see there were people high on drugs.

I was given a handicap room, didn't request or need one. Couldn't understand the off-site check-in person via a computer//kiosk,, the room was dirty, no TV / Cable as advertised as premium..didn't work at all! Inquired about discount due to no TV as advertised and promoted. Told no! Will never stay there again, wouldn't even sleep in my car in that parking lot 😒 I booked for one night to pickup my daughter from airport. I will NEVER recommend Motel 6 to my worst enemy! Yes, I wanted a lower price room just to sleep because I didn't want to drive home at night..Im night blind. BUT, I didn't deserve this gross, disgusting room, with owner and employees that don't give a shit about customer service. Or the quality of their business. Unbelievable! Next time I need to stay in. Buffalo, I will upgrade my choice and spend a couple bucks more and stay in an American owned establishment Won't trust Booking.com. again! How can you support a place like that??
