They didn’t use salt on the walkways

Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable

No "in room" coffee. Could not turn on bedside lamp.

The kiosk attendant Roy was very personable and sweet and very helpful! I had to renew my key and he was very professional and efficient

The property was horrible. The room smells. There was no staff. There was an online front desk sitting in front of the front desk. The whole hotel is full of people residents who living in there not guests . They cannot give us any other room when we ask for they say that hotel is located to the Eric county residence and after that whatever is empty, we gave you from there and there is no option. We can switch your room at 4am in the morning. Someone knocking our door and the room is not at all in any good shape . There is nothing in the room dark no proper lighting smell They didn’t have a brush kit. We did not use the WiFi

The building itself and common areas appeared poorly maintained and worst of all I could not get a hot shower

The price and location were good.

The room was relatively clean, the facility itself was not. Hallways, lobby, etc. were not vacummed, Holes in the hallway walls, general disrepair. Garbage outside.
