What we have enjoyed was a good reception service, WhatsApp communication. Room preparation to our needs and everyday services. Help with arrangements of the trip. A great choice of the buffet. "One of the best Hotel stay"

From welcome to departure, the entire experience was so nice. The entire staff were nice to guests, and I would like to mention 2 names, Harshika and Hazar, for their hospitality and the effort making the things extra special. There are so many food options, and everything is great! Wants to visit again!

"Amazing bentota stay with cinammon"

Our stay at the hotel, in the Beeralu suite was absolutely enjoyable, especially thanks to the friendly staff from the receptionist Pabasara, who treated us with a warm welcome from the start of our stay till the end, as well as the room service staff Udaya and Shashi who worked hard to make sure our stay was perfect . The room itself had traditional accents with a modern touch and a beautiful view of the ocean and pool. Moreover, the buffet at the hotel had an exceptional variety of food from traditional Sri Lankan dishes to international cuisines which were ravishing as well as their colourful range of desserts which exploded with flavour

"It was a pleasant couple of nights getaway at the resort, which is very close to Colombo"

This resort is quite large, offering plenty of areas for walking and light jogging, and it is situated right on the beach. I appreciate that the beach section is nearly private to the resort.

The buffet breakfast and lunch became monotonous after the second day, with limited variety. If you have difficulty walking, be sure to request a room in the main building.

"Amazing service and Food!"

Had an amazing time at the hotel. Excellent food and amazing service! Beyond satisfied! Special mention of Sewmini at the main restaurant! She was an efficient person! Always served with a smile and really thoughtful! Thank you Cinnamon Bentota Beach! We enjoyed our stay !
