Cinnamon Bentota Beach - Signature Selection

All aspects were excellent, except the sea view from the room on the 1st floor (room 2224) We booked a Luxury Sea Front room but the view of the sea from the the balcony was a small window of about 10 feet, as the rest of the view was completely covered (repeat completely covered) by 'wetakeiyya' trees, (or whatever you call it.) As such, I felt there was not a big difference with the Garden View room, which would have obviously cost less. Overall, great experience.

I stayed at the Cinammon bentota hotel for 2 nights and 3 days at the Beeralu suite. The hotel was amazing-it had great views, comfortable rooms/seats/beds,etc. The pool was nice and Big. The staff were very nice and helpful to me, including the receptionist « Pabasara » who helped me find the best price for the room and also people from the room service, Shashi and Udaya who kept making beautiful animals out of towels Everytime I asked for one. They never ran out of different foods to try and all the required amenities were provided. I had a great time at the hotel and I would definitely like to visit again.

We had a wonderful holiday and would especially like to thank Hasith for his excellent care and attention throughout our stay. He always checked that we were happy with everything, including the room, food, activities, and overall experience. His kindness, professionalism, and friendly attitude made us feel very welcome and well looked after. Thank you for helping make our holiday so special. Hasith is truly a treasure to the company

有名なバワ建築であり、ホテル及び景色が素晴らしい。また、朝食もスリアランカカレーをはじめバラエティに富んでおり、毎日飽きずに食べれた。スタッフも親切でホスピタリティの高さを感じた。

ホテル内のフード•飲み物の料金が外国人料金とはいえ高すぎる(スリランカの物価と乖離しておりお得感が全くない)。湿気が多く部屋の床がコンクリートのため、歩くとペタペタし気持ち悪い。また、シャワーの水圧も弱い。

Stayed 5 nights with our 2 daughters (5 and 3 years old) and what a wonderful stay. We could not fault anything from the kindness of the staff to the fantastic buffet, the quality of the room and the amazing pool!! The beach is right there as well and as some waves to play in. Not far from the airport as well, it was the perfect ending to our Sri Lankan trip! If we ever go back to this beautiful country, we will make sure to stay again at the Cinnamon Bentota Beach hotel and certainly would recommend it to anyone. Thanks again!!

Great selection of food. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Lots of facilities for families and children. Location was great with beach and nearby attractions.

Expensive. All-inclusive did not include all restaurants on site. Initial trouble with air conditioning and TV in room but was sorted quickly.

We had our Avurudu vacation here at CBB. It was a perfect getaway for me and my wife. The resort is spread in a huge area with calming views of Indian ocean and Bentota Ganga. Even though the hotel was full this time we couldn't feel packed since the resort is spread across a huge property. Architecture of the buildings were so iconic and each place felt special. One of the best things about CBB is the staff. Udayangani at the Zest and Ottimo went above and beyond to made our vacation a perfect one. This restaurant had a wide spread of food from different cuisines and they changed the spread each time. Ayodya at the reception helped us smoothly check in and even taught us about the hotel history. We will definitely visit CBB again soon.
