Very nice, close to the airport.

Was unaware of a $42 a day charge for parking. Will not stay again

Be aware! There is a $14 parking fee for this hotel which has no unique/upscale features warranting a “parking fee” it’s not valet, it’s not covered, just another way to get money out of its patrons.

This is a FIVE STAR review because of the outstanding assistance from the property manager, Tom. Because my flight was cancelled (what are the chances???), I didn't make it to Denver and needed to cancel my hotel reservation. The only problem, it was late in the day and my room had an automatic cancellation fee. I explained the situation to Tom and he quickly provided me a refund of the cancellation fee. My next reservation in Denver will be at the Fairfield Inn & Suites at the Denver Airport. Tom's prompt help shouts good service and he deserves my future business -- thanks Tom!!!

The staff was ok but the shuttle driver that worked the 8 am pick up on Aug 11 was lazy and rude and almost made us miss our flight ! We parked are car here and planned to pay for two weeks, and told the staff that we had a bike box that we were taking when we booked the shuttle. When the shuttle driver arrived (10 min late) he said he could not take our box ((there was room, he just didn’t want to deal with it) then we had to frantically pack everything back in the car, drive to the airport, and get a shuttle from the parking area to the terminal. So kind of ruined our experience with this hotel. We just barely made the flight.

I have to extend my car rental as the staff told the shuttle is full but gave shuttle for another guest. Staff is rude and advised me to take uber to airport. Even if my extend my car rental there is no parking available and she told I can’t park in the backside parking area as it is reserved for buses. But there were few cars parked backside of the property. I won’t book this hotel in future

Food is good and staff are very kind

All elevators but one were broken and non operational. Elevators by the mail entrance were also broken. Stairs are only located at the ends of the hotel. If your party can’t walk half a football field to the elevator and then again to the nearest exit, recommend choosing another location.
