"Our favorite place to stay near airport"

We had a wonderful stay here end of June. Kim at front desk is absolutely the best! She called me by name each time she saw me, helped me figure out when I should leave for my event based on traffic etc. We will absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend the Pho restaurant and MOD pizza!

"A clean airport hotel with breakfast, exactly what we needed for 1 night late arrival."

We needed a hotel close to the airport as our flight landed very late at night - we had to to go back to the airport the following day to pick up our hire care. The hotel reception was still open and we were checked in very quickly. Our room was towards the back of the hotel and very quiet which was our preference. The room was very big and clean, the bed was comfy and the shower was great. The breakfast (included in the rate), was a basic continental, but there was lots of it and the coffee was good. We don't eat a big breakfast anyway, so again this wasn't a problem for us. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant.

The AC in the room was somewhat noisy, but we had ear plugs, so this wasn't a problem for us. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus from the airport, however because our flight landed very late, this was no longer running so we had to pay for a taxi.

"System was down" so night staff was dead in the water. One single man responsible for the entire hotel. Typical corporate understaffed, underpaid, undertrained, overpriced.

We liked the hotel and we chose it based on the airport shuttle service and the proximity to the airport in Denver. When we got there we were told the shuttle was full at the time we wanted (4:00 am). We checked in around 5:30 pm and were told that our only option was to get a ride share. If we had known there was a possibility of the shuttle being full we would have picked another hotel.
