Middle of summer and the ice machines were broken. They only clean your room every 3rd day so it can get messy unless you stay clean.

Our stay at the Fairfield Inn and Suites was comfortable and pleasant. The complimentary breakfast buffet was tasty and had a good variety of choices. I found the location peaceful and xonvenient

The proximity to the airport.

The staff was rude. The was closed so there wasn’t any entertainment areas available.

No swimming pool, out of order. 2 of the check in clerks were not friendly at all. Elevator was out of order, ice machine

"Ok hotel, great people!"

The hotel itself was just ok, what sets it apart is the staff. Ashton at the front desk was accommodating, professional, and my partner and I loved his colorful bow tie! Breakfast was delicious! I’m hoping the physical building gets renovations to have it match the staff’s energy.

"Clean & convenient"

Everything was clean and the room was well provisioned. There was a convenient airport shuttle and breakfast, and Kim was very helpful at the front desk when we arrived late and tired, and ready to sleep. And in the morning, Sandy made the breakfast experience special. She was interacting with all of the guests and came by each table to ask if everything was ok. Top notch, great spot.

We arrived at midnight. There was no clerk at the desk. Waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk. When they finally arrived, we were advised that “the system was down” and they couldn’t check us in. We had to wait 45 minutes for the system to come on line. It was ridiculous.

"Come for the affordability, stay because of the staff!"

This property is in the process of renovating so some inconveniences can be expected. The pool was out of order and I wish I would have known in advance when booking my room. That being said… The staff here was phenomenal, A+. Kim at the front desk was exceptional! She was very accommodating and made our stay pleasant with her personality and professionalism. Even with the revocations and out of order pool, I do recommend this property because of its affordable rates and close proximity to DIA (along with a free shuttle).
