"Clean, friendly and nice"

Staff overall- super friendly. We got a complimentary upgrade which was really nice. Everyone was helpful despite it being NYE.

The SPA/Salon for women was a bit of a mess. I had to get ready for a wedding so I asked for a 5pm booking at check in- I was told that would be fine. I got a call after asking for me to come down at 6pm instead. I explained this is for a wedding so I can't be too late. I got there at 6pm and the door was locked.. I waited for 20 mins before anyone came & the service was also below average for pretty expensive prices. Hotel was good but I would avoid the salon. The entry/exit of the hotel is also not easy. There should be multiple entrances to the property given the busy location/dhaka traffic.

"Nice location but not worth the money at all"

Breakfast buffet was nice and bed were comfortable.

They overcharged me for the room and everything felt rip-off including lunch and dinner buffet. Not at all value for money.

"Comfortable but overpriced hotel"

Hotel was comfortable with a good gym

The price was excessive given the quality, especially as we came to find out that booking via booking.com is much more expensive than booking direct. Also, the quality and cost of food at the hotel was very disappointing.

I stayed there for business purpose. Central location for all important areas in Dhaka. The facility actually feels like a 5 star hotel compared to some of the other 5 stars in Dhaka.
