Pan Pacific Sonargaon Dhaka

Very pleasant restaurant with traditional Bengali food, in a quiet and cool location. The buffet is rich and the food is tasty, with a station where the skewers are freshly cooked. A good selection of desserts and fruit concludes the dinner. The service is good and personnel is very friendly.

I went to Bangladesh from USA in February and stayed Pan Pacific Sonargaon for 6 days. I was happy with the service and with my stay on this hotel. All Staff's and their service are nice; I could remember few name in Cafe Bazzar was Mgr. Golaffer, Mrs. Ferdousi, Chef Amir (please forgive me if I got the name wrong). I had a special request for food and Mr. Golaffer and Chef Amir went beyond and delivered it. I want to thank all the staff. I would recommend to stay here.

PAN PACIFIC SONARGAON!! It's one of the best five star hotel in Dhaka. It's spacious room are highly decorated. Food are delicious and more importantly your comfort and private times are of great concern to the staffs. Hopefully, anyone can get the best experience here at Pan Pacific Sonargaon.

I had a wonderful stay at Pan Pacific Sonargaon Dhaka. The service was exceptional, and the facilities were well-maintained. It was my first experience to stay a hotel which was funtioned very perfectly.The servive and facilities of the hotel were very appreciative.

An oasis in the mayhem of Dhaka. Comfortable beds, decent range of pillows. Attentive service. The breakfast is decent, with a live egg station, although they said a poached egg would take 15 minutes! Omelettes are quick but I think they mix up the orders regularly. The gym is good, a while de range of machines, some were broken, including both bikes. I encourage management to invest in a standard bench press rack with an Olympic bar. I don’t really like Smith machines. Two cable stations. The pull up bar has a low ceiling that you would hit your head on. Alcohol is expensive, but you get that in a Muslim nation. I just didn’t bother. 1200 taka = 15aud for a local beer. Nice warm pool. But super slippery tiles around it. Be careful. I have stayed 4 times and will be back.

I am traveling solo and I was worried about taking taxi in the midnight. The hotel shuttle was life saver. From shuttle driver, to front desk to servers during breakfast hours every single person is helpful and respectful. I did not get everyone’s name but Ms. Ferdousi at the breakfast buffet was simply wonderful.

Went for a long weekend as the partner was on a conference. Stayed here. The Cafe Bazar became our canteen. Great salads, fruits and lots of meat dishes. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Firdaousi, along with all the rest.
