The hotel staffs are really good specially Ferdousi Madam in Buffet. The food menu and tastes are really good. The Jharna restaurant also very good fine doing exper nice. The buffet is also really good and many choices. Really awesome to stay here.

It was my son’s birthday dinner, the food was excellent & the staff behaviour and service was excellent. They also surprised our son with a very cute cake. We really like to highly recommend pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel to everyone. Thanks & best wishes.

I like service from Rashed in private dinning. He is really excellent guy who take care about my desire of food. Discussed with cook and made suitable for my teste.I would also like to thanks Mr Gobindo the cheff who prepared good food during my stays.

Whilst I would like to express my sincere appreciation and thanks for all the staff who’ll looked after me for the 9 day stay at this hotel the situation was not the same with checking out personnel on the 19th May 1:00am. Whilst arriving the 10th May at 4am i was already a late check in as my booking was made from the 9th onwards. Whilst I was considering a quick check out rushing to get to the airport the 2 clerks at the frond desk they wouldn't allow me to leave unless I paid them an extra night because as per there calculations I performed an early check in upon arrival. They didn’t even bother to check my booking and my arrival time and date. They were talking in their own language for 20 min, they informed me I cannot leave the hotel grounds unless I pay. Something which I already paid and is recorded in their systems. They were extremely rude, unprofessional, disrespectful and nothing in regards to my overall previous experience. They were calling the hotel security to stop me as by then I was sure I would miss my flight so. They kept me there 50 min wasting my time, insulting me because they were incapable of doing one thing, their job. I called the police on them and left with them shouting and threatening. All they should have done is to open up their system and see the confirmations. I left with negative and upsetting feelings. I am a frequent traveler due to work nature and this was the first time I ever experienced this attitude. They will also get legal notice from me due to the delay caused me to catch my flight and their disrespectful treatment. I do point out other other staff were amazing and I am thanking them for that. I just made it for my 13 hour flight home as airport security had to escort me to the flight.

Nice traditional Bengali restaurant Very pleasant restaurant with traditional Bengali food, in a quiet and cool location. The buffet is rich and the food is tasty, with a station where the skewers are freshly cooked. A good selection of desserts and fruit concludes the dinner. The service is good and personnel is very friendly.I had a special request for food and Mr. Golaffer and Chef Amir went beyond and delivered it. I want to thank all the staff. I would recommend to stay here.
