Total arrangement is good ; Transpiration system and reception is More then better. Performance of Mr. Shahinur in regards to receiving, surveying and leading the team is really appreciable. Some menu were good whether some needs to improve. Hilsha fish and Duck meat are required to include in the menu considering the season

The attitudes of the reception staff on arrival, had to call the manager to resolve an issue, in total it was 1 hour and 20 minutes to actually be checked in due to a price issue. Not good enough for a 5 star hotel when you have travelled over 6000 miles. Not professional at all!
