Food is nice .Room service superb.Raju the young chap is really nice during dinner time. Raju is there to assist you, care about our necessities. Hridoy makes superb omelette. Always very friendly .Food should have more western variety. Hygiene is excellent. I recently stayed at Pan Pacific Sonargaon Dhaka, and it was a truly premium experience from start to finish. Check-in & Welcome: The front desk was warm and professional. I was welcomed with a refreshing drink, and check-in was fast and smooth. Room Quality: My room was spacious, clean, and elegantly furnished. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the complimentary water bottles, tea/coffee setup, and the large working desk. The view of the city from the window added a nice touch. Dining Experience: Breakfast buffet at Café Bazar was outstanding — huge variety from traditional Bangladeshi items to continental dishes. The food was fresh, well-presented, and the service staff were attentive without being intrusive. Amenities: The pool and fitness center were well-maintained. I especially enjoyed the outdoor pool area — a peaceful spot right in the heart of busy Dhaka. Location: Centrally located with easy access to shopping malls, embassies, and key parts of the city. Perfect for both business and leisure travelers. Service: The staff truly make this place special — always smiling, helpful, and quick to assist with any request. I even received a surprise slice of cake for my birthday, which made my stay memorable.

Need renovations immediately. No USB in room. Toilet found dirty and need repairs Food service so so but taste good. Sheraton /intercontinantal

Staff are very friendly and helpful. My waitress Ferdousi in the restaurant was quick at attending to me during breakfast. I always try to stay at Pan Pacific when I’m in Dhaka.

Disappointed with Limited Menu and Poor Buffet Management I recently visited Pan Pacific Sonargaon Dhaka for their buffet dinner, expecting a premium 5-star experience. Unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. I entered the restaurant around 8:30 PM, knowing that the buffet runs until 10:30 PM, but by 9:00 PM, many food stations were already empty—and no effort was made to refill them. To make it worse, essential international items like sushi were empty, and popular dishes like dumplings and grilled shrimp were not even included in the menu—which is quite surprising, as these are standard offerings in other leading hotels in Dhaka. As a resident of Old Dhaka, traditional items like biryani and kebab are very common in our daily life. I chose Pan Pacific specifically for a different, international buffet experience, but it did not meet expectations in quality, variety, or service. Very disappointing experience overall—not what you’d expect from a 5-star establishment.

Excellent service & food. Will visit again. They have buy one, get two options. We also like the clean environment of the lobby.

I stayed in this hotel twice but this is the last one, extremely rude check in stuffs. They dont' know how to talk to an international guest. The check in person was really rude and misbehaved with me.
