the food taste was below my expectation

Stayed at the Pan Sari Pacific Hotel in Central Jakarta for 10 days - it's a wonderful hotel, I highly recommend. The Hotel is located next door to Sarinah Mall, and a few walkable blocks from Plaza Indonesia with a subway stop out front. While they are in the midst of renovation, noise was entirely isolated to a few floors they closed and to be honest, it didn't impact the remainder of the hotel. Particularly nice was the service in the executive lounge on the 18th floor - Cahya and Frida go above and beyond in their service at high tea (2-4p) and later in the evening at the happy hour drinks and buffet. Great chioce!

Things we like : - Great location as the hotel located at the main road, near to many main attractions in Jakarta like National Monument, Sarinah, Sabang street food, etc. - Located in Thamrin street where there is car free day every Sunday morning. - Room is spacious as we booked Pacific Suite with nice view from 16th floor (we requested for higher floor) - We enjoyed afternoon tea at Executive Lounge from 3-5 PM and Evening Cocktail from 6-8 PM with variety of food and snacks. - The variety of breakfast menu and taste also good - Thank you for some service recovery provided as we complained for some dissatisfaction from the hotel. Service recovery provided included fruit and cake in the room, late check out until 5 PM. - Thank you to Mr. Deny who already attended us and took time to ask how’s our stay. Compliment also to Ms. Anisa at the Lounge who already served us. Things we didn’t like : - No dedicated swimming pool for kids - No kids club or kids activity during our stay - The pool is open until 9 PM but no staff available around the pool and it’s needs more light - AC was not cold in the room. We didn’t complain as my kids already tired. We only complained the next day, after the technician came and fixed the AC it’s better. - Requested the room facing the street but it’s not available. The room given was facing the other side.

Exactly like nothing else, Beyond Expectation, an Exciting Experience in the heart of Jakarta. This is my returning experience with the hotel for a short escape of the weekend and some small celebration on 21-22 September 2024 First, from the arrival side review, the review result was excellent and beyond expectation, we were warm welcomed and greet by the Suci, Cahya, Elfrida, Budi the super hero of Executive Club Lounge, also include Trie, Ria and all front office team during the arrival. Moreover, from the bed room and bathroom side review, the review was also excellent. I love being recognized by the Director of Room Bapak Rizki and also the idea of the welcome amenity and decoration in bed room and bath room which made us felt welcome with the Family of Sari Pacific an Autograph Collection by Marriott Jakarta. A tremendous and huge thanks also for our welcome amenity in our room suite, we love the magnificent and wide view in our room suite. The bathroom and bed room cleanliness also exceed expectation, as the bed was so fresh and clean and the bathroom also clean and spacious. In terms of space, the bedroom suite was so spacious and so fresh, we can easily enjoy the excitement of the city along with the fresh and clean air of Jakarta during the weekend escape and still the bed room was so clean and fresh, thanks to exceeded services from the Housekeeping team and Trie, Sindy, Stefany, Velita, Farel, Farrel, Ardhi, Nando, Iwan, Erlina, Yohana, Housekeeping and guest relation team as well. Definitely an exciting weekend escape for a couple traveller who celebrate special occasions in the center of Jakarta. A special huge thanks also for Asto at your service line along with the prompt services for all guest needs and concerns. Also from the food and beverage side review, the review was also excellent. We love our time when having a meal at Fiesta Restaurant and Executive Club Lounge. A huge and tremendous thanks to Chef Sulistyo, Ida, Nathan, Reza, Aisyah, Razak, Idzar, Andi, Rafiy, Suci, Bunga, Razzan, mas Titan, Widi and Fiesta Restaurant team, as they serve us as a family, as a very closed family with special attention to the details guest needs and concerns, and we might think that this is an asset and added value for the hotel, they serve from the heart, and they serve us like their family and recognizing us as valued guest. From the food quality and food taste side review, the review result was also excellent, Autograph Hotel is a premium brand, but Sari Pacific, Autograph Collection by Marriott Jakarta put a great value of the food taste and quality as same equal with a luxury brand level, a tremendous and huge special thanks to Chef Sulistyo, Vareen and Dwi from Sari Deli who always bring the quality and food level of Sari Pacific Autograph Collection by Marriott International Jakarta in to Luxury Brand level, awesome and always go exceed my expectation. We do also love the ambience of our dinner time in Executive Club Lounge with all of the superb associates including Suci with the excellent and go beyond service, Cahya, Elfrida, Budi my Favorite super hero of Executive Club Lounge. From the recreation side review, the review was so excellent. I do also love the swimming pool, the swimming pool also very very relaxing and serene. I may also put this as a plus for a couple who seek for quiet and serene retreat time to spent. Overall our review for a staycation with Sari Pacific an Autograph Collection by Marriott Jakarta was excellent and tremendous, and i will absolutely come back again for a staycation, family stay, business stay and or honeymoon. I also have to mention its a tremendous plus that Sari Pacific Jakarta have Mas Rizki as a Director of Room and Budi at the Executive Club Lounge who always embrace the guest as a family and bring a great positive energy and ambience to all of the guest and all of the hotel talent during our stay with Sari Pacific an Autograph Collection by Marriott Jakarta.I also recommend to all Travelers to choose Sari Pacific an Autograph Collection by Marriott Jakarta whenever the travels bring back to Jakarta. Great hospitality

The location

I book a club room for more privacy. I didn’t expect the breakfast not on tne club lounge, this is my first experience on 5 star hotel the breakfast is not on lounge for club room

Get a room not facing main road traffic noise very bad 24 hours and needs more soundproofing

I arrived four hours ahead of schedule for check-in. Without asking, the front desk agent gave me the room that was available. Furthermore, my childhood friends and I had a small get-together at Delicatessen Cafe; they adore the atmosphere and the caliber of the food and beverages. As a law abiding citizen, I simply cannot stand your X-ray equipment and metal detector, though. I recognize that you must do what you must do.
