Stayed at Sari Pacific Jakarta for my late 2nd Wedding Anniversary celebration. We stayed on 29-30 Jun 2024 at Pacific Suite. The Pacific Suite was still good and well-maintained despite the old design as it have not been renovated yet. Our most favourite from the staycation was the Pacific Suite was included a lounge access that we were entitled to access all the time troughout the stay. The coffee was good, and at the evening, they served a buffet canape with free flow alcohol from 6-8 pm. The food served at the canape and for the breakfast all tasted good.

Been watching this property progress through its renovation/transformation for a while. Finally decided it was safe to stay here. I was not disappointed. The remodeled rooms are stellar. Super comfortable bed, logical layout, lots of universal power outlets, good sound-proofing. I slept about as well as I do on the road with a 9 hour time zone change! Others have reported challenges with their AC. Not me...my 11th floor room was perfect all the time. The housekeeping and At Your Service teams deserve a special mention for everything they do. Rooms are very well maintained. Phone requests are answered in a heart beat. The staff here are incredibly nice. Above and beyond what we should reasonably expect as guests. I lost count of how many people remembered my name from one day to the next...amazing. Everyone seems so happy and very fun/positive. The reception and breakfast crews are truly lovely. I enjoyed lounge access during my stay. This is on the 18th floor (see pictures). Happy hour runs from 6-8 and does not disappoint. The people working here are just the best. They make you feel like family. Elfrida, Nadia (Intern) and Asev (chef) deserve special recognition for their warm, kind, caring of every guest. It stunned and disappointed me to see how some people did not seem to match their kindness or even acknowledge it. I feel we all need to stop and appreciate the phenomenal job people in the hospitality sector do to make our own lives better. The remodel of this hotel is going well but it's not finished. The gym and pool were quite tired and depressing. I understand they will be updated in the next couple of months. This can't come fast enough. The Executive Lounge has not been remodeled yet but actually feels quite fresh. I hope they add a filtered water dispenser as part of the upgrades. Any other improvements I would recommend? Decaf coffee for breakfast (they don't offer it). English Breakfast tea and real milk in the rooms. Very minor and an indication of how good things are here!

Not my first time staying at Sari Pacific and I must say I was still very impressed at the level of setvice excellence. Stayed at the Pacific Room for 3 days and the room was almost perfect. It's huge with a bedroom and a living room, and considering the spacious room + an afternoon tea + dinner, it's definitely a great value for money (it costs less than USD 200 a night, totally a bargain). What impresses me the most is they remember their guests by name and remember their preference. I don't rat red meat and they remember to make sure they have chicken or fish on the menu. And after finding out I only eat egg white omelette for breakfast, they prepared this simple but absolutely tasty egg white sandwich. They're very polite and friendly at the same time without being intrusive, and they make sure that our stay was enjoyable. I usually travel with my mom and Sari Pacific has become one of our most favorite hotels in Jakarta.

I always stay in this hotel chain and it is good most of the time but this one it was totally different. I booked a suit and when booking via website you see very nice photos but in reality it doesn’t ,you will totally be shocked. It is a very old hotel with low ceiling,old weary furniture,dirty carpet. They are renovating the hotel now and I think they should started with their suites and then rooms. I had to leave that hotel because I don’t see any reason to stay in such hotel.
