Stayed here on business trip. Location is great, right next to Sarinah Shopping Mall. A lot of good eateries around. Room is small-ish but sufficient. Importantly it is well-maintained and clean. Staff are polite and attentive. The lounge on the top floor provides very good food for evening cocktail. The only thing lacking is that breakfast isnt served at the lounge. Other than that, a great hotel to stay. Will return

I stayed in the Newest Grand Deluxe room, which was impeccably clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed for ultimate comfort. Afternoon Tea, A Unique Experience Before heading to my room, I had the chance to experience Afternoon Tea, and it was truly something special. Instead of the usual presentation, they elevated it with tiered levels and a separate box, enhancing both variety and presentation. Every detail was carefully curated, offering an elegant mix of textures and flavors. The standout? Their homemade sausages as explained by Chef Tio, an original creation that was bursting with flavor! The perfectly balanced mix of beef made each bite incredibly rich, juicy, and satisfying. It’s not something you’d typically find in an afternoon tea, but it worked brilliantly. A Culinary Journey from Start to Finish A special highlight was the glorious welcome amenities, personally crafted by Chef Ridwan. The kecombrang tea paired with croissant crisps was simply next level! The delicate balance of sweetness, the crisp texture, and the rich, flaky layers made it an absolute delight. Just when I thought it couldn’t get better, the selection of macarons, jajan pasar, lapis Surabaya, and kue legit brought a nostalgic touch of authentic local flavors. Every bite was a sweet moment that lifted my entire day after a full schedule of meetings. Breakfast, A Perfect Start! Breakfast was another standout moment of my stay, especially the oxtail soup rich, flavorful, and incredibly comforting. Chef Andri truly perfected it! It was the ideal morning booster, paired with a smooth, well-brewed coffee. The fruit selection was also exceptional, freshly prepared by the talented Chef Risma and her team. Beyond the Food and unparalleled hospitality Beyond the culinary excellence, the service was impeccable, and the location was superb, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers. Every detail, from hospitality to dining, made my stay truly unforgettable. Thank you, Saripacific Jakarta, for an incredible experience. I can’t wait to return!

I recently stayed at Sari Pacific Hotel and was delighted with my experience, especially after seeing their newly renovated rooms. The room felt modern, fresh, and impeccably clean, blending contemporary style with subtle Indonesian touches. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, while the thoughtful design offered ample space and convenience. The amenities were updated to the highest standards, including high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV, and luxurious bathroom facilities that made the stay feel truly premium. What really stood out was the warm hospitality from the staff, always attentive and eager to make sure every detail was perfect. The location itself was ideal, centrally at Thamrin and really close to nearby attractions such as Sarinah and Bundaran HI (shopping malls around it like Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia) I highly recommend staying at Sari Pacific Hotel, particularly to experience the upgraded rooms firsthand. It’s definitely my preferred choice for future visits.
