Quick words to express my stay in Autograph Collection, Jakarta. Smooth check-in with Velita, she is absolutely amazing and friendly person. As a MB elite member I received welcome amenity (local sweets, very tasty). The room (grand deluxe) is spacious, meeting the expectations. Breakfast area is under good control of hard-working staff. Special thanks to Ida, I like the way of your approach and taking care of the Guests. Club lounge in this hotel is well managed, many food choices during happy hours (from 6PM to 8PM). The hospitality and the food at the restaurant. They renovate the room and makes the hotel more modern, not like old hotel anymore

Ok, here is one weakness and negative side of this hotel. At night, the sound of motorcycles and cars from the street are really loud in the room and really annoying. My best suggestion is you can add double windows for the windows that face the street. I saw that you still renovating the hotel. Adding extra glass (double windows) really help with the sound. Please consider it.

Fantastic hotel with amazing service My family and I have stayed at the Sari Pacific Hotel when there was still a lot of building work going on around the hotel, for example some floor was still being ’build’. This is a busy hotel but we were seen to straight away. Being Platinum Elite we were upgraded to a corner executive suite - absolutely amazing; great views of the city view, and the room was great. All the staff could not do enough to make our stay pleasant. However, it was in the executive lounge that they really went above and beyond. We were presented with a big “warm welcoming” especially from Elfrida and Andra and got a photo taken with some of the staff as a memorable picture of our stay! Talk about making us feel welcome. A great thank you to kitchen staff and her whole team in the lounge. We have stayed in many 5* hotels and lounges but never had the hospitality and attention we received here! Now we can’t wait to come back!

Excellent service. For example i was due to check in at 3pm but arrived a lot earlier then that so after a short wait they let me check in early. The food is excellent. The breakfast buffet has an abundant variety of both delicious local dishes and western. Really good location too.
