Several times staying at this hotel is quite enjoyable for doing activities during the weekend. typical hotel for business people or families who want to staycation in the middle of the city. right on the edge of Jalan Thamrin where every week there is a car free day, close to Sarinah, the center of the hustle and bustle in the middle of Jakarta which is filled with places to eat and entertainment. After joining the Marriott Bonvoy group, this hotel was renovated so that the interior of the room was better and more modern, and as a loyal Bonvoy member I always get access to the executive lounge. the swimming pool is quite deep and clean.

The electrical wiring looked dirty. The shower tap was loose. I couldn't read the QR code on the room service menu, and the phone was answered lazily by someone who didn't seem to speak much English. The concierge didn't even use a map to tell me where to go, and just explained that it was close by and I could walk there. Not a very polite impression.

The staff is very friendly and trying to be helpful all the time.

we love staying here and will be back if there is oppportunity. we got plenty bottles of mineral water, probably because housekeeping team at 10th floor saw us with kids and greet us kindly. all wonderful staffs at front desk & concierge love to talk and play with my kids every day after breakfast. thank you especially to kak Trie, and also Pak Eko, my daughter was very sad when we checked out. enjoyable experience we had!

The service at the Pacific Lounge was very impressive with the hospitality and service by Mbak Suci & Mas Budi. Suggestion, for outdoor (smoking) areas, provide a fan so it doesn't get too hot. Also, food dishes should be balanced between sweet and not sweet. Because there is a tendency that doesn't like sweets. Thank You

Stayed 2 Nights. Arrived late, but was not given an upgraded room despite platinum status. The 8th floor room faced East away from busy Thamrin road. There was drilling and knocking sounds during the day due to renovation which I wasn't informed of when I booked it. Breakfast in the restaurant on lobby level was extensive but average. They had local stuff not usually found in an international hotel, like Jamu Drink and Sop Buntut. Access to the pool was via lobby, which was odd. Lounge only opens from 2pm onwards. I stayed in a renovated room, which was comfortable. Hot showers, cold AC, strong WiFi. Staff i met were friendly.
