The location, the patio off the room, the beach, the staff were very friendly & accommodating, the bedding was comfortable, the available of the Adirondack chairs on the beach, the availability of games on the beach & the pool.

No continental breakfast, no blankets in the room, if needed, no microwave in the room & having to pay for parking.

I went to the spa at the red jacket beach resort for my bachelorette weekend to celebrate with my best friends and it exceeded my expectations! Immediately I felt so welcome and relaxed. They provided us with champagne, our own room to wind down in, and the best massages we’ve all ever had. Incredible service and attention to detail. Highly recommend!!

We had an absolutely lovely stay at Red Jacket Beach Resort going into Memorial Day Weekend. From the moment we arrived, the service was kind, welcoming, and accommodating. First off — thank you for the room upgrade! Having both an ocean and river view was incredible and made the stay feel extra special. The property itself is beautiful and very clean, and the views truly do the rest. Watching sunsets from the resort was unforgettable. We loved how many places there were to sit and relax around the property, whether by the beach, the pools, or along the quaint rocky pier. The resort’s private beach felt spacious (1000 feet of beach is no joke!), and during our stay we saw seals in the ocean, tons of horseshoe crabs, and even a fox walking along the beach — such a cool Cape Cod experience. The indoor pool was the perfect temperature, and while the outdoor pool felt very warm and inviting, the weather was around 60 so we didn’t end up swimming outside. We also tried the mini golf — nothing elaborate, but definitely fun and a nice little activity on property. Traveling with a baby can sometimes be stressful, but the staff made things so easy for us. We appreciated how accommodating everyone was. We brought our own pack and play to save a little money, and the team was still incredibly helpful throughout the stay. They even accommodated us by packing up the brunch buffet as takeout while our baby was napping, and packed up dinner for us another evening as well. A special thank you to Fernanda in the dining room for being so helpful and kind, and AJ for helping with our bags via golf cart service when we arrived and departed. This resort really took care of all the comforts, and the beautiful setting handled the rest. We would absolutely stay again.

A wonderful hotel!!!! It was the first time. But we are sure that we will come many more times. I liked everything, the magical beach, the cozy, soft atmosphere, the territory is beautiful, the pools are good, the rooms are large. The staff is very nice, everyone is nice and attentive. Thank you very much! I recommend everyone to visit this wonderful hotel❤️

We had an absolutely amazing experience at The Spa at Red Jacket Beach Resort in South Yarmouth! Dionysia was incredible — professional, welcoming, and truly talented. From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed and taken care of. Every detail of the experience was wonderful, and we left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. One of the best parts is that you do not need to stay at the resort to enjoy the spa services, which makes it such a hidden gem on the Cape!

Exceeded all my expectations! The location is picturesque with the ocean just steps away from the property and a gorgeous view of the river/bay right outside your room. I stayed in a river view room with my own personal deck to catch the sunset and sunrise. The rooms are clean, and designed and decorated in a beach aesthetic. The beds are VERY comfortable!! Slept like a baby even after a long day of work! Great water pressure in the showers and vanity is well lit for makeup. Great restaurant on site - Tides & Tavern - had the best lemon ricotta pancakes for breakfast and so many lunch and dinner options. No need to go anywhere else to get something to eat and adequately priced. Pools were gorgeous, only downside they don’t have a jacuzzi! So be prepared for that and their workout room is very minimal - it’s located above the indoor pool. If you’re looking to host an event , their tent set up is beautiful and overlooks the ocean! Above all else, the staff is incredible here! Very attentive to guests needs, and so gracious and patient. Will definitely go back because of the staff!
