Hotel Chihuahua San Francisco

Loved the location, the breakfast was good but in a confusing spot that was hard to find. I went down one day during breakfast time and there wasnt any there. I like that they can watch suitcases. The staff was wonderful. I felt safe there traveling alone for a few of the days and then with a friend the following few days.

I found a sock that wasnt mine between the sheets on the first night, and I wish the lighting in the room was brighter/had more natural light.

Nada!! La atención a los huéspedes no les importa,, el buffet es una porquería y los empleados incluyendo limpieza sólo quieren ,,las propinas ,,

Nada no es un hotel ,, para huéspedes es para convecciones

Lo que más me gustó realmente fue cuando nos fuimos. Y el piso de madera.

No me gustó que tenia que estar preguntando todo, por el personal para que nos indicaran donde era el desayuno incluido que no es buffet y no se acerca a americano; No me gustó que al hacer check in no me dieran la información completa, por la noche nos asecharon para ver si eramos huéspedes teniendo las tarjetas de entrada a la mano. Eso se llama discriminación. Tampoco me gustó que no nos dieran la habitación que estaba en las fotos si era doble cama pero no fue la habitación que elegí de las fotos, muy pocas cosas de jabón. La verdad me sentí con incomodidad durante toda la estancia. Además no hay mucha iluminación en el lugar Y el aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido

Las habitaciones son muy bonitas, limpias y cómodas. Además, el desayuno incluido es sencillo pero muy bueno.

My reservation by canceled whit out let me know until I'm on reception asking about my reservation and they just transferred too different hotel near by on the midel of the night

The food is really good, the bar is small but they have good service
