Solo que esta ubicado en el centro y el desayuno que es buffet y el sabor es bueno

que no me informaron de un evento donde cerraron las calles para accesar al hotel y no pude ingresar al Hotel hasta casi 4 horas , cierran el estacionamiento y no informan , que tenia gotera la habitacion y las habitaciones tienen poca luz y el internet muy inestable.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación.

1- Al momento de hacer el check in estaba una chica muy amable, Pero también una señora un poco mayor con una mala actitud y poco amable. 2- La mesera al momento de atender en el desayuno de igual manera muy poco amable. Se olvidan del servicio al cliente. Y los alimentos los trajo frios 3- No había control para la tv, si bien me ofrecieron un cambio de habitación, creo que eso se debe preveer, ya estaba instalado y solo iba por una noche.
