Poca variedad en el desayuno buffet y para colmo hoy 5 de Octubre no hubo suficiente desayuno buffet les faltó programar y planificar mejor de acuerdo con la recepción del clientes para programar una mejor atención

The receptionist was about to deny the booking stating, booking amount was very less ( hotel charges 2500 pesos).. made us wait 30 minutes When we asked for baggage assistance, they denied it. At 9:30 pm , we asked for a water bottle, they told water bottles were over, we needed to buy from outside I checked out at 13:20, and they charged me 500 MX pesos. Additionally, It was not a pleasant stay with the check-in and check out process.
