"Not the best inn"

The hotel smelled throughout of cigarettes and was musty. The carpet in the rooms were filthy and very outdated

Terrible customer service. They would not confirm my booking when i showed up even though it was confirmed and paid for through hotels.com. when i finally got through to customer service there was nothing they could do it was in the hands of the hotel. Called them and they magically found 1 of my 2 rooms reserved but would not refund me my money since i had to find somewhere else to stay!

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Dirty, smelly, insects everywhere. Beds we disgusting and hard. Shower did not work. Better off sleeping in your car.

Front counter staff was rude. Couldn’t access my online reservation abs acted like i was lying about it. Had to jump through hoops to get Expedia to contact the hotel to fix the incompetence. Will never use again

I have stayed here in the past and this place just no longer the same. My room didn't look or feel clean. This used to be one of my favorite places to stay.

Rooms and hallways full of pot smoke. On my door in room was written! Enjoy your stay walking on seaman crusted carpet. The place was truly discussing!
