Americas Best Value Inn Marion, OH

I couldn’t stay my third night I had to leave because of overbooking and I turned into report to get a refund

My room was in very poor condition and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The entry only had some coffee. Need to make some improvements.

Was clean and compared to price of all other hotels was worth the price. It’s the 1st hotel I have stayed in that still has smoking rooms so the smell wasn’t great but room was big the air worked and little breakfast of coffee juice and muffins. You get what you pay for.

Continental breakfast was a coffee and a package of blueberry muffins. Nothing was touched in the room when I came back the second day

It was all good except the people above us was making so much noise that we couldn't sleep

Not a good hotel . Smell of smoke outside of every hall and room. Even with the no smoking signs clearly posted. Paid for a queen mattress, measured it and was given a double bed! Way smaller than I paid for! Even told the front desk and they had nothing to say. There is no breakfast at all at this hotel. Although clearly advertised there is. The hotel room was very dirty when checking in. Wiped down every counter and was very dirty. Hotel keys easily to stop working Not a good experience with this hotel and do not recommend staying here . Numerous other friends booked this hotel and checked out the moment they saw the hotel. They rather stay an hour away than deal with the convenient location.

This hotel is dirty, water leaks from ceiling during our stay, the hotel staff wouldn’t move us to a different room...I don’t recommend this place to anyone!

Town was in disrepair..

I like that they allowed dogs in the rooms. I was disappointed that they had no trash cans available for dog clean up. The rooms were good size.

This was the absolute worst hotel I have stayed in. It was incredibly dirty, the carpet was filthy, the walls were filthy. I had no other place to stay or I would have never stayed there. I had an ashtray in my room and obviously people had used it. I had to wash all of my clothing it reeked so horribly just from being in the room. I am disappointed in Hotels.com for the good reviews, I am sure they were sent by management, not one person I saw at that hotel was happy about the conditions. I wish I had taken pictures, it just can not be described.
