My boyfriend is a truck driver staying in one of the rooms and there is roaches in there he went to wipe his face and there was one on the towel

Severely smelly and outdated rooms ...whole place actually... Didn't know I was going to have to take a room on the second floor and with my illnesses and disabilities that would have been nice to know.... Free breakfast consisted of store bought muffin and crappy coffee.....too much suspicious activities going on (people hanging out, etc.) The bed linens had old mold spots that theyuat have failed at getting out.... Just an overall poor hotel.....

The room is very small and dated. The sheets were very threadbare. Opted not to shower here for fear of coming home with something bizarre. Had to unplug microwave and mini fridge to have outlets to charge phones.

Customer service was excellent. Rooms are well maintained.

This place was a dump. The room was dirty, smelled like something died in it. It looked like a druggie hotel with not good type people just hanging around. Unsafe. Booked through Expedia. Refused to stay there. I have pictures. Was told by front desk and manager i would recieve a refund, never happened. Spoke to them a few times and still no refund.

The room was very damaged. There were burn holes in the bedding and the carpet was sticky. The toilet barely flushed. This website advertised a breakfast (which is why we booked) and it was incorrect. It was a place to sleep and that’s about it but now everything i own reeks of smoke.

I should be refunded… There were multiple roaches crawling around. Non smoking room yet the room smelled of smoke and there were burn holes in literally all of the furniture, sheets, blankets and pillows. Bathroom had Pubic hairs all over the place. No breakfast. No room service during our entire stay. Room only had 1 small towel no one to replace the trash or clean anything. By far worst place I’ve stayed at. Please help.

I was very happy with the room, bed was comfortable. Just a good night stay.

Room was very outdated, room smelled of cigarettes and very musty, we asked to change to a different room and they did switch after a bit of going back and forth. Unfortunate we couldn’t move to a different hotel which is what we really wanted. All the rooms we went into smelled of coverages and musty. Wouldn’t stay here again. Continental breakfast was a choice of a muffin or cookie and coffee or apple juice.

Overall the hotel was older but clean. They have made some improvements such as the flat screen televisions, new door locks, and mattress protectors. Staff were also very friendly. The hotel was a “no frill” site but suited our needs fine. Would stay again to save money if only staying for a short while.
