Madison Hotel

Cleaning staff was amazing, room was immaculate every night I returned to the room. Having a fantastic restaurant on the premises was also great. Check and check was quick and smooth. Plan to stay there next time I'm in town on business!!

We would like to thank the team at the Madison hotel- each person went out of their way to make sure we our stay was good. The room was very clean, bed and pillows comfortable. Convenient to highway and train station (about a block) - lots of places to walk.

Broken elevator, damaged toilet in the room, no detailed receipt from the stay. I have stayed here several times and the place seems to be going downhill

The ONE stars are for the hotel and front desk. The catering department deserves FIVE stars! We have a room booked through the event for our wedding reception. The catering department offered the "Presidential Suite," but we ended up with a master suite, which was okay. The problem with check-in was that our reception started at 4:00 pm. The front desk showed no urgency or understanding of our need for a room to change and prepare for the wedding event. Note that we arrived in the lobby at 2:30 pm. They were saying that the room would be available shortly. Around 3:30, guests started arriving, including our photographer. At that point, I asked for any available room. Yes, they gave us a master suite that's okay, but it needs upgrades and fixing the climate controls since the room was very damp. Additionally, the phone didn't work to contact the front desk or any other service, so we had to go down to the lobby. The front desk inefficiency caused a 45-minute delay in our schedule, resulting in unnecessary stress. We want to extend our gratitude to the catering team, led by Maître D’ Joe and his team, for the beautiful and caring job they did for us and their ongoing support throughout the entire wedding event. They have top-notch service!

Front desk was rude. Snack credit was never explained and apparently had to be used immediately upon check in. We stayed overnight for a wedding at the hotel. The wedding went until 12am but unfortunately housekeeping was banging on our door at 7:45 am waking us up the next day. For such a beautiful hotel I was expecting the hospitality to match. We also had to help ourselves to the coconut treats at the desk as they were never offered and our check in was made to feel like an inconvenience to the staff.
