Quality Inn Kissimmee West - Lake Buena Vista South

India was the best part about this hotel. She was friendly and very helpful. The rooms condition was to be expected for the low rate i paid. Housekeeping has to be requested or they wont come. I dont live in the area and the deposit policy is they wont give you your deposit back until after 0930, we had seaworld planned for our last day there. After 7 grueling hours walking around seaworld the last thing i wanted to do was go back to the hotel to retrieve my deposit. Yet there i was. Other than that this place worked for us. There are several (permanent) residents there but its to be expected with the low cost. The property could use some paint, and an exterminator.. breakfast wasnt bad.

Convenient location but property needs renovated. Toilet ran constant at breakfast no bread.

The up keep is extremely poor roaches

The hotel is infested with roaches the breakfast room was filthy the chairs you sit in was filthy. Dust was everywhere. The linen on the bed was filthy with spots. We had to lay things over the pillows to order to feel comfortable on sleeping. We had to keep our suitcases faster, so a roach couldn’t get in it. Did they ask for a $10 a night hotel fee and $100 refundable if the room‘s OK? They oughta pay you to stay there.

Very rude and disrespectful and finds anything they can to take ur deposit so they don’t have to give it back

Place was a duty they have to change my room upon I entered the room was a mess I asked my money back to go somewhere else they refused.

The service was great, the condition of the room was bad, besides the roach in the sink and the toilet that moved when you sat on it the room was clean but maintenance was bad , missing trim , holes in the walls etc etc
