Quality Inn Kissimmee West - Lake Buena Vista South

The room was clean. Loud people outside my room at all hours and knocking on my door. It has been 6 days since I checked out and they are still holding my deposit. This is absolutely unacceptable and I need that money back on my account!!

Its good for only one night

Horrible experience and stay. Place is rundown and falling apart. Super messy from weeks of cigarettes and trash all over the grounds to dirty linen just sitting piled and in bags in vending area. The rooms floors were swollen and lifting up near bathroom. Bathroom area in room was un-clean with an empty roll of TP on the dispenser like they hadn't cleaned or checked it. Completely rusted drains, light fixtures, fire sprinklers. The TV would cutout the image and sound every couple of minutes for a few seconds before restarting. Ice machine didn't work and when I tried calling about it got an attitude so had to leave again to go get ice. A/C didn't work, barely blew at all, not cold and leaked condensation in the room. Most of the cameras are all unplugged in the hallways. The pool was extremely dirty and full of garbage and algae all up the walls. When asked for towels was told, (we don't really have extra towels to give, I replied there is 3 people in the room and the only 2 towels that were in there were just used for the pool, then she gave me 2 clean towels for 2 adults and a child to shower) The check in/check out lady Saturday Afternoon 4/5/2025 and Sunday Morning 4/6/2025 was amazing, nice and the only reason for 3 star on staff and service. If not for her it would have been 1 Star across the board.

Amazing

This is my punishment for traveling cheap. They take a 100 refundable deposit. Wouldn’t let me check in an hour early. Room had a a door to the hotel room next door, and I could hear the occupants clearly through it. Bathtub and toilet had hairs from prior occupant. Sheets were clean and decent so no problem there. Tv had poor reception. Room did not stink so that was fine. There were big rig class 8 trucks parked on location.

They DO NOT have electric car charging. I booked this because it was advertised as having charging and nearly ended up stranded. I was fortunate to find a charger at a different facility down the road, but this is unacceptable. Management needs to get this fixed. Stop advertising on third party websites if your information is inaccurate. It isn't the workers fault when this happens, but being told that the advertisement was wrong is not helpful. Management needs to get this fixed so people know they will have their needs met when they stay here. The room was clean and the linens were fresh and smelled nice. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom needed the bolts to the toilet tightened and the shower leaked. I also found a roach in the bathroom. Overall, good price for the quality, but the lack of charging made me furious and nearly ruined my trip.

Mess

You had to request your room to be cleaned. We were not told that. There were German roaches crawling on the floor at night and on the walls and floor in the morning when we woke up. As my son was brushing his teeth one came out from behind the mirror and ran across the mirror. We had to go to the office to ask for towels twice in our 4 day stay. The breakfast was waffles, dollar store muffins or toast and orange juice. This hotel was not at all what we were expecting. The German roaches were the most concerning part because I didn’t want to bring any home with me so we made sure our luggage stayed zipped.
