Tub water leaked the sink was not draining and the lights had rust on them

The front desk staff was great, in getting me and others their rooms... it was getting quite busy when I arrived.

Don't even know how or why this hotel is still operating. They charged $134 for 1 night (Sat 2/15/25) plus a $10 service fee and placed a $100 hold on credit card for incidentals. The entire place should be condemned. Everything is old, outdated, and filthy. Felt unsafe. Grounds aren't kept up. Poor interior and exterior maintenance. Trash everywhere. Smells like piss walking up the stairs and in the elevator. Seems like there are people that live there. Checked in at 3pm and I witnessed people grilling and smoking pot right outside their doors. We arrived to room 201 and the AC didn't get cold in the 2hrs we spent in the room. There was a leaky toilet and only luke warm water. They changed us to room 212 the room was in worst conditions as the buttons on the AC unit didn't even work. Our room was changed a 3rd time to 222. Although the AC worked, the room was smelly and it looked disgusting. Filthy walls, floors, and door frames. Dirty toilet with piss on lid. Roaches in the bathroom. The TV didn't even worked. Overall bad experience. Overpriced rooms and the place should not even be conducting business in their current conditions .They need an urgent makeover.

We were there for 8 hours just to sleep, didnt' even use anything and was charged the $100 deposit. What a rip off.
