Regency inn and Suites

They had spiders on the bed and air condition unit inside room. No toilet paper. The sheets were full of stains and not clean. The towels were full of stains almost brown when they were white and had holes in them.

Property looked like a halfway house. Rooms were disgusting. I walked in and said “ no. There’s no way this is happening. Did not feel safe. Carpets almost made me vomit at the site of them. Check in lady was great tho

Terrible part of town. Too much activity Going on at night. Not family friendly

It's never good when you are not allowed in the lobby and transactions take place thru a hole in the window, Very dirty, smelly, load, nasty bed, towels had stains. The pool was full of debris and green. Its nothing like the pictures on the website. You could not pay me to stay here.

Nasty drug den felt unsafe. Terrible elements.needs to be raided

I booked 3 nights on the Regancy name and the price. I arrived about 11 pm, too late to change hotels. Conditions were so bad I canceled after the first night. When I arrived there were loud people partying in the parking lot. Just outside my window. The hotel was non smoking but people in the next room smoked all night. The door between our rooms had an open gap. The smoke detectors were covered in my room also. After midnight the hotel got real loud with loud people in the halls, loud music and doors slamming until around 3 am. I did not feel safe. The bedding and towels were worn and stained. The next morning when I went to the lobby and I canceled my last two nights, there were dangerous looking people hanging out in the lobby. I did not complain, I just said I had to leave.

The worst “hotel” I’ve ever encountered. Filthy is an understatement. This establishment should be rented hourly, if you get my drift.

The girl who checked me in was a sweetheart, but everything else was terrible. Very noisy, shady people, bad smell, dirty, didn’t even seem safe structurally. Definitely avoid at all costs.
