Was given a room with a broken shower. Had a trickle of water. Called contact number, no answer. No maintenance staff on site. They do not answer their phones after hours.

TV remote didn’t work, difficult to get key out, shower pressure is super low. No one ever answered at the phone number they provided. If you’re a young person who doesn’t care to be comfortable during your stay in PR then this might be your place but I prefer comfortability.

Good location

No help getting the key box open. Took a long time to figure out how it worked. Another guest helped. We saw other people having trouble.

I like the customer service. Very friendly!

People from the other room are so loud most especially at night! I hope guests are being reminded to be quiet around the area most especially common area or atleast put up a sign as a reminder. My shower head was also broken, but place is very clean. What i also don’t like was there’s always a construction at 6:00 am in the morning! So, guests, coming home late and loud upon arriving and early construction equals to restless nights!

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE! This is not a hotel, not an Airbnb, and not what was advertised. I booked 9/4–9/7 expecting a legitimate hotel stay. Instead, I was stranded in the middle of the night with no support. The address provided was inaccurate and led me to the wrong building. I called the “onsite contact” (Esmeralda) and Marie, who had no issue answering the phone earlier to collect payment, repeatedly for over an hour. Every call went to voicemail. Left alone in a dark neighborhood filled with abandoned buildings, I had to ask a random resident for help, who explained that Stay at Mare had bought the building across the street. That was the only way I was able to find the actual property. When I finally got into the room nearly two hours later, the lockbox was broken, the code hadn’t been reset, and the unit was filthy. The sheets were stained and scuffed, surfaces had sticky residue, the walls were dirty, and trash from prior guests was still inside. It was uninhabitable. Marie eventually returned my call only to argue that the address was “accurate” before saying she would look into it and call back. She never did. I have called every day since and been completely ignored. This operation is deceptive, unsafe, and unprofessional. I had to book another hotel at my own expense because this was not a usable accommodation. A full refund is the minimum acceptable outcome.
