Sensi Azores Nature and SPA

I can't say enough great things about this place. The staff were the best in any hotel i have stayed in. The food and beverage were great, the amenities were perfect and the room was perfect.

Just returned from a short but perfect week on São Miguel. We stayed in 3 different hotels with the lovely Sensi Azores smack in the middle, and it was perfect in every way. The hotel is small, boutique, family owned (not part of a chain as somebody told me) and as the name suggests, very sensitive -- to the surrounding majestic nature, the historic buildings, and the needs of guests. Food is top notch, service is warm and generous, the decor of the interiors makes you feel like you are a guest in the home of your most artsy friend, not a hotel. It was so peaceful! For me, I could not get enough of the indoor warm pool followed by cold plunges in the outdoor pool. I cannot say enough for the place and all the staff - at the desk Joana and Joao greet you and take care of all your needs, Natasha and Bianca in the dining room make sure you are well fed, and the owners' dogs deserve a shout out, too, for making it feel like home. It was a perfect stay, thanks very much to all!

Amazing

We cannot recommend Sensi enough! What an amazing experience. Everything: the room, the spa facilities, the setting, the cocktails, the food, all wonderful. But the absolute best thing at Sensi is the people. We travel a lot (like 40 countries a lot) and the staff at Sensi are by far the nicest, friendliest staff we have ever encountered. So lovely and genuine. We even got to chat with the owner who was equally lovely. You just get a sense that everyone is happy to be there and that comes through is the service and how they treat their guests. They will help make your experience unforgettable! We will for sure be back one day!!

We really enjoyed the property. The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The food was amazing!! The spa was lovely and the room was gorgeous!

It’s not bad , balsa nothing special at all! You can have much better account service at Sensi Spa!! I know ! I was there 2 times. Diner is not so spectacular as it is. Breakfast is average! Dare to find very accommodations than only Sensi Spa… you will see and know.

The property and rooms are beautiful, great for a weekend or a few days getaway. The service from the staff was fantastic.
