Exceptional in every way! Rooms, amenities, details, location, food, but most impressively was the service. From the moment we walked in early we felt as if we were home. Every single person we met that worked at Sensi were warm, patient, accommodating, fun, happy, and the employees made our trip what it was. I cannot recommend this place enough to anyone that stays on Sao Miguel! Thank you so much for having us! Btw we even left another hotel and took a financial loss to return to this hotel after leaving for one day!

My wife and I stayed here recently with our baby on his first trip and we were so happy that we did! The view is amazing and the staff was so helpful and patient with us. They really made our trip so much more enjoyable given the challenges traveling with a baby can bring to newer parents. Having an indoor pool and access to the spa just a short walk from our room was perfect and the food was great! Will definitely try to return as soon as we are able!

"Luxury oasis "

Very nice boutique hotel, the nicest we stayed in on the island. Everything was great, the room, bar area, dining room and outdoor space. Lovely decor and well done. Food was excellent and imaginative. Staff could not do enough, very friendly. Very much a five star experience would definitely recommend
