If you read the reviews you will be prepared for the visit. Our room was very clean, beds were comfortable, patio was wonderful. The breakfast at Bleuwater was excellent - Lisa Walter’s goes over and above to bring joy to the guests and Kenisha was excellent. The staff at Sails was great as well. They helped to accommodate our larger group and were kind and efficient. The service around the pools could use some work - towels, drink& snack service etc. There is a light hanging out underwater in the upper pool - needs to be dealt with before someone gets hurt. Staff is friendly and you can tell they are trying!

For a Ritz Carlton, I have no idea how they remain with this brand. The cost matches the brand but the service is simply not what you expect from this brand. Hotel is very nice and close to Redhook. Unfortunately for the travelers there’s not too many higher end hotels in ST Thomas so they get the business and don’t see the need to improve service. I have stayed at this hotel between 5 to 8 trips over the years. Always underwhelming…a real shame.

"Wonderful for our Honeymoon!"

The staff was the best part to be honest, they were so incredible and helped us with everything! The property was beautiful and our view was amazing!

Everything was perfect but there were a few bugs I found in the room but on an island, I’m sure it’s hard to keep those out lol

"Ritz minus"

This is has got to be one of Ritz’s worst properties - definitely the worst I’ve ever stayed at. The people are all very nice, but it’s badly in need of a facelift and the food is pretty terrible. I think it’s surviving because it’s one of the better places on St Thomas, but it’s definitely not up to the Ritz standard.
