"bad housekeeping service"

stayed 2 nights. checked in after 4 pm on a saturday. Left the room at 7 am to go to work and came back at 3:30...housekeeping did not get to my room after 8 1/2 hours of not being there. Was tired from working and just wanted to relax but had to wait another 30 min for the room to be made up...unacceptable for $200 a night.

Shuttle driver left us at wrong location we had to walk 4 blocks in very hot temperatures. Breakfast food was not good

When we arrived 7/12/2025, I informed the Manager that the bed had a terrible squeak we were in room #133. She said she would have the maintenance engineer check it. Next day I told the manager and housekeeping manager again about the squeak, they said they couldn't do anything about. We were there 5 days and every time I got up in the middle of the night, I would wake up my wife. I can't believe a company that prides itself on travelers' comfort couldn't change the springs or at least give us a different room. Then the garbage wasn't collected in 4 days from the room and the toilet bowel wouldn't stop running for 10 minutes after the flush. Sorry I didn't take a video of the bed I could upload as I took the video with my iPhone and don't know how to transfer it to here. . We've stayed here about 4 times before, but this will be the last, at $180+ a night management has let this place go downhill.
