"If there were no ants in my room or a power washer in my face, it would have been lovely."

It was a beautiful property, nice location

Sitting poolside mid-day and a guy starts power washing the pool deck; the noise was horrible and intolerable, forcing us to leave and not enjoy the outdoor space. AND there were ants in our bathroom, floor and countertop. I did tell the staff.

"Aggressive valet service"

The hotel is nice and the staff were nice.The parking really ticked me off.There are no parking spots for registration,so when we pulled in we were swarmed with valets.I explained to the guy I just wanted to check in and then go out to a restaurant right away.He informed me I could not park there because they were having a big wedding,there is no free parking and I would have to park in their lot ,then some guy opened my wife’s door unexpectedly and some of her stuff fell out on the ground.I went to their lot,it was too far away so I decided to go back and just drop my wife and luggage on the curb and then come back and check in.I walked only about ten steps to the door and set our suitcase down and when I turned around to move my car there was some guy in it trying to start it! I took my luggage out to our car myself the next day and when I pulled up front to check out, the same thing,a bunch of valets wanting to park my car.Way too aggressive.When I told the desk they said that the valet and parking are a separate entity.The hotel is nice,the room was nice,and so was the staff,but be ready for what happens when you pull in the entrance.

Clean rooms , comfortable beds and beautiful view .breakfast was good and they have variety of options , rooms are decent size . Good customer service. Food at the pool side was good but cocktails were watered down .

The location is breathtaking and the whole atmosphere in the hotel is beautiful. We were assisted by a very considerate front desk employee, Erin, who was exceptional in her professional attitude and service.

The rooms need a little brush up, we haven't noticed any updates since 2019.
