We had a great few days at Laguna Cliffs. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub where drink service was provided. Many hotels in Laguna Beach don't have very nice pools. Just sayin'. We loved the view of the ocean and the marina.

Love the hotel, but was disappointed with the room as the bed was uncomfortable. We’ve stayed there a few times and have always loved the room so was a bit disappointed. Other than that absolutely loved the service, the people, the friendliness, the beauty, everything else was wonderful.

Hotel was beautiful, staff was great but we spent $285 at the Lanterns Egde, the food was not worth the price. You’re paying for the view. My husband got a $60-70 steak and when it was brought to the table they had pre cut it. Coming from Texas you do not cut a steak. All the juices had come out the the steak was dry.

I wish there were 6 stars to give. My family loved our stay. From Susan the front desk manger to Lorelei the desk agent to Colin our bellman to the food and beverage manger we met at the pool, the housekeepers and even the engineers, EVERYONE was top notch. We were in room 1022, what a beautiful location. The service and property are all outstanding. 100 percent to return. Don’t miss treating yourself here. Special note: thank you for our amenity to Lorelei. :) The Roussos Family
