My husband and I have stayed in dozens of hotels around the world. We rarely write reviews, but felt compelled to do so by the extraordinary service we received at the ANA Intercontinental Ishigaki Resort. We came here for a four night stay and enjoyed our time here immensely. It started with a lovely check-in with the bell and front desk teams. They were welcoming and efficient, and recognized our status with the hotel group which is always appreciated. We also had amazing service from the concierge team. We decided last minute to hire a car, and they assisted with the arrangements and had the car delivered to the hotel. They also assisted in recommending places to go and see, including some of the more obscure things on the island like pottery and weaving which we enjoy. The highlight from a service perspective was the food and beverage team at Saltida, one of the on-site restaurants. We ate dinner there each of our four nights, and given our vegetarian diets, we ran out of options after the second night. Mr Singh, the guest experience manager, recognized this and made arrangements to accommodate our dietary restrictions on the remaining two nights. Our gratitude to the chefs and servers at Saltida for making our meal experiences delicious and special! Thanks to the whole team at ANA Intercontinental for gifting us with a memorable stay! We wholeheartedly recommend this property.

La habitación era muy grande, las instalaciones, tanto las de la playa como las de la piscina estaba muy bien cuidadas. Todo el persona fue muy amable y el desayuno bufet era perfecto. Tiene áreas de juegos de mesa, tienda de souvenirs y una pequeña tienda de comida.

Los restaurantes del hotel son un poco caros y no hay nada cerca para ir andando. Si tienes coche, tienes muchas opciones a 10 minutos.

Hotel was beautiful, room was big with comfy beds. Pool area was fantastic, we didn’t have enough time to use the beach but it looked great. It was also a great location for getting around ishigaki with frequent buses nearby

Muy lindo hotel, con excelentes instalaciones. La habitación gigante, el baño más grande que mi casa. El personal súper atento, bastante limitado hablando inglés, pero eso es algo general de la isla me parece. El personal del restaurante Saltida súper amables, comimos ahí casi todos los días.

La ventilación del baño era un poco floja. Solo tienen camas separadas. La televisión no es smart, no se puede ver netflix.
