Not clean. Not good for the price

The hotel staff were pleasant. The check in was no problem. It has easy accessibility from the interstate. There was only one person on duty in the later evening and unfortunately he could not attend to all our requests. We needed to change rooms due to unpleasant odors and that was granted. The second room had piles of dirt on the floor by the refrigerator. We requested a broom to sweep it, but after someone was called to bring one it never came. We mopped it up ourselves with a wet paper towel. There was only one washcloth it was stained and tearing. Before checkout, there was no hot water in the shower. The tub floor was soft and felt like it was going to cave in. The hallways were dirty (mud, fur). It is very dog friendly, but unfortunately they don't appear to make much effort to keep the floors clean. The grounds were not well kept and it needed more green space for the dogs. Breakfast was mediocre and the length of time for breakfast was shorter than most hotels. Overall, we would not stay there again.

If I could rate this less than a 1 I would. This place is horrible. We stopped at the last moment since we were tired. Big mistake. Indian guy at the front desk was pleasant enough but he lied. The first room they gave us rm 224 was filthy and smelled of smoke. The second room (421) did not smell of smoke but had mold in the refrigerator and holes in the wall from where they removed something. My wife said she saw a roach but did not say anything to me about it until after. There was no remote for the tv. I went downstairs to request a toothbrush and toothpaste remote around 11 pm. After searching around, the front desk attendant said “I will send housekeeping up with everything. I knew he was lying I asked how long? He said 10 minutes. Needless to say, I’m still waiting!! Breakfast was not. The same attendant that was at the front desk the next morning was monitoring breakfast and stirring the gravy with no hairnet. He had long stringy hair. Although they accept pets ( and there were many, including mine) they did not have poop bags so the grass was littered with dog poop (we had our own). I would not recommend anyone stay here. Save yourself the headache.

I have NEVER stayed at a La Quinta that was as horrible as this one. Mold-Leaking water from the ceiling above the shower, lights didn't work in bath/vanity and heater didn't work. I checked in late and had to move because of a noisy child (not their fault), and this is my 2nd room! I didn't notice the heat until after midnight when the dripping water kept me awake and got cold. I complained the morning and they didn't record it. Expedia refused to give me a refund saying they said I didn't report the issue. SO, they lied as well. Just a dump! And this was a washcloth under the wrapped soap!

Electrical outlets sketchy. Room fine. Front desk guy unhelpful and grumpy. Few amenities. Disappointing for the price.

Clean, nice breakfast, lots of options nearby for meals.
