Easy check and out. Front desk person was very helpful. Great customer service

The location

The help staff at the desk pretending he didn't understand English when telling him they were out of coffee and breakfast items. Very rude and I felt uncomfortable. I won't be staying there anymore. Guest were running and banging doors all night. The drop ceiling in the hallway were down.

Everyone was very kind to us and treated us like family.

Bathroom bathtub has stain carpet floor dirty.

Nasty. My sheets had dried vomit down the side. There were crumbs in the bed. Yellow Stains on the sheets and pillow. Balcony was dirty. All the floors were dirty. The wash clothes and towels were stained and one was even dirty like someone had wiped their hands on it. There were dirty hand prints in the bathroom. The breakfast was watered down and old and not edible. Terrible experience.

Check in took a long time. I was given a room with a constant motor type noise that was not tolerable. I asked for a different room and the desk person pointed at a sign that stated they were under construction. He was looking at the computer for a while without telling me what he was going to do. I finally said that I would prefer to leave. Then he said he would find me a room. The second room was better but the shower faucet leaked and thus creating a drip sound that eventually wore away at me. I tried closing the faucet better but could not. Closing the door made the bathroom cold so I put out a towel to catch the drip. The hotel had chipped paint across almost every door and doorpost making the place feel rundown. In the room there were areas of chipped paint and drill holes in the furniture for no current purpose. Breakfast feature scrambled eggs that were dry and stale tasting like they had been out from the day before. The fitness room included two exercise bicycles. One was connected to the electricity and was not functional. The other was a recumbent bicycle where the seat would not lick in place thus pushing the seat back with ever pedal. It could be used uncomfortably by holding the upper handles to stabilize. The elliptical was functional but recalibrated the incline about every 35 seconds and was unpleasant with that. Overall the premises appeared rundown. Although construction is in progress, the attitude that I encountered of the staff was one of little concern and simple easy repairs were in need of being done just lending to an atmosphere of no concern for the customer. I will not return.
