It was nice and tropical ambiance! All employees was kind and always helpful. Room was pretty clean.

If you are looking for tranquility for your vacation not the right place to stay cause it is a beach club. Music is so laud all day . I also did not like for the beach bar adding service charge to your bill automatically even ıf you order bottle of water. This should be an option for the guest.

We didn’t like anything

The staff is not that helpful, we decided to cancel our stay at the first day, so they told us go find your taxi we can’t help you. The rooms sheet is very dirty, the smell in the room was bad as well as at the entrance of the hotel. The sound is very loud at rooms, so we can’t enjoy our stay. The refrigerator wasn’t working when we got the room and there was beeping sound inside room that was very annoying.

Gorgeous property, beautiful scenery, and the nicest, most lovely staff. We eat traveled, unfortunately when there was much seaweed on the beach, which is certainly not the fault of the hotel. However, there was much garbage strewn about the seaweed. If the seaweed is not going to be removed, then at the very least the garbage should be removed. To say you are an To say you are eco-friendly but not remove garbage simply just not make sense. Also, the wear and tear on things like the bathroom door handle and door room lock should be repaired. On the other hand, the accommodations were extremely comfortable, and the food was incredibly good.

This place was like a dream it was better than I expected. Everyone from the front desk to the people cleaning were all so friendly so helpful. We got a lot more from the guys at the bar his name is Jesus very nice guy and Angela who cleaned our room very good. Thank you to all.

Das Hotel ist wirklich außergewöhnlich und eigentlich top, leider ist der Strand und das Meer aufgrund eine Algenplage unbenutzbar.

Die Algenplage - angeblich jedes Jahr über den Zeitraum Mai bis Oktober ist eine Katastrophe - man kann unmöglich ins Meer gehen und das Zeug stinkt auch noch den ganzen Tag. Ein Aufenthalt an dem eigentlichen Traumstrand ist unmöglich.
