The staff was friendly and very . The receptionist gave us an accessible room near the lobby. I use a cane and it was a big help. The person keeping up the breakfast area did a good job of keeping it stocked and clean. Even the housekeeping guy had a cheerful hello.

Nothing stands out.

The room was smelly, moldy and musty. Ants on window sill. Absolutely no room cleaning even when asked. Shower handle was broken. Tub had a black streak going down the middle of the tub. Desk between beds was on such a slant things fell off.

The room itself was clean, the lobby was very dirty. It looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed for a long while. There is no elevator, which wasn’t a problem for us but it could be a problem for other guests.

The gal who checked us in was ok but not overly friendly. And the lobby and tables in the breakfast area both needed cleaning.

The only thing good about that property was lady broke at the front desk once checking in and get into my room. I grabbed my stuff right after I got back from the store and left. I was there less than an hour. The room smelled like urine there was dried blood on the sheets, and there was loose hairs. I left and went back to the Marriott. I’ll never try to save money and go with you guys.

If it wasn’t for Brooke, I wouldn’t have got my stuff that was stolen by the car. I dropped a pair of sandals on the way out they showed up missing. I guess she tracked them down. Then I left the charger on a phone in the room which I got back once I got checked into my new hotel. I don’t know why that girl is wasting her time at that place but there’s way better hotel she could be working at.

NOTHING!!! I can tell you what I didn’t like that hotel It was dirty shabby I can handle but dirty is another story. There is no reason to have a business like that. Said there was a shuttle to the airport but there was no shuttle. The sheets were dirty and there was no staff to fix that problem. It took well over an hour to have that problem solved.

Our main focus was pet friendly, location, and breakfast included. We have a large dog and everything went smoothly. The location included a few restaurants, gas stations, and a grocery store nearby. We had tickets for a concert at Bogart's. It was a small, but pleasant drive. Putt-putt was near the hotel, but we decided to drive to the Loveland Castle. Continental breakfast included eggs, bagels, make your own waffles, coffee, and juice. This checked all the boxes. There was a surprise pull-out bed love seat in our room. We didn't need it, but it was a nice surprise.

The hotel is VERY dated and needs a good renovation. It was clean despite needing some repairs and we had no issues, but that may be more important to others. There were stains on the ceiling in places, missing room numbers that were just written on tape, exposed wires from the ceiling, but not in reach or where anyone could get hurt. A good painting job could help, but despite needing renovated, no bugs, no stains on the linens, etc. When we checked in, the employee seemed a little put out and tired, but not rude. I thought our booking was for a king bed and we clearly got a full size bed. I did not complain or check into it, though, as it met our needs.
