Quality Inn & Suites Florence - Cincinnati South

Location and staff was pleasant.

First room smelled like smoke, had to move. Second room wasn’t clean. The matters pad had stains all over it. The shower and floor were dirty

Was able to serve the purpose of a night rest , staff was very helpful,and the shower was heaven

It’s an older place and used by workers I’m guessing and really had a musty sweaty smell

LOVE the location

Spider webs and ALOT of spiders Showers not clean I turned the water on and the bottom of the tub fill with dirty water and hairs all in the shower no shampoo no wash rags and maybe a dot of conditioner left in the bottle dirty walkways going to and from rooms and the pool doesn’t work :(

The bathroom is dirty, the labado is also only a dumb rag.

Did not eat breakfast. Lighting was poor. No clock or radio. Door lock and entry damaged.

Plumbing very poor such as water pressure and in bad need of repair and upgrade
