When I book a four seasons I expect a certain level of service that I wouldn’t expect in another hotel. This hotel delivers in every way! A truly amazing hotel with amazing staff who make the stay perfect and comfortable. I cannot fault any part of this hotel nor the staff

The property is in desperate need of renovation. The staff price gouged me with taxi and at breakfast gave me a bottle of water when I was checking out. I thought it was feee since I NEVER asked for it. Nope they charged me $13!!!! Outrageous! And this does not fit a four seasons hotel reputation. I have been to several four seasons hotels and this felt like a Hilton. The carpet in room was run down bad, all furniture in hotel felt like an episode of The Golden Girls. This is NOT a four season experience at ALL! I will stay at the Breakers Hotel when I return to Palm Beach and never stay there again.

"They try, but they fail"

Death by 1000 cuts 1) they lied to me about how late the bar served food— in writing, when I inquired in advance. Turns out no food after 930 on a Saturday night ☹️ 2) the room, a supposed junior suite, was just one largish room with no bathtub and one small closet 3) housekeeping knocked insistently at 830 AM on a Sunday 😠 4) hotel public areas dominated by large groups of kids with parents and grandparents 5) beach narrow and full of sargasso The best thing I can say is that the managers did their best to help, but it was really too little too late. We left….

One indoor restaurant. No fine dining option. Food ok. Overpriced for food presented. Bed very uncomfortable.
