Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach

We chose your hotel expecting an elevated and welcoming dining experience, but what unfolded left us feeling singled out and deeply disappointed. From the outset, the tone was off. As we approached the entrance, we were stopped by security — a standard protocol, which we understood and cooperated. However, instead of a courteous interaction, we were met with an unnecessarily stern and dismissive attitude. The approach felt less like a hospitality check and more like an interrogation. Things only escalated from there! Throughout the encounter at the hotel, we were repeatedly interrupted during our conversations, the staff seems not listening, and even our basic questions were met with visible irritation and impatience. It’s difficult not to question whether assumptions were made about us from the start — and whether those assumptions dictated the way we were treated. We expected a refined and respectful experience; instead, we left feeling excluded, unwelcome, and frankly, judged. We won’t ever return to any four seasons.

Spent the week in Palm Beach with my family, and we stayed two days at the four seasons. The property was gorgeous and even though it was wicked hot outside we still enjoyed the gorgeous beach, the beach was what we really came for and we were so excited to spend time out there. Cameron and Brandon were super helpful out on the beach, made sure we had water and made sure we had plenty of shade. Mel was our server and she was super attentive to all our needs. This was a trip to remember and we all can't wait to come back.

The Four Seasons in Palm Beach is a little slice of paradise, where the stunning property and breathtaking location come together to offer a truly priceless experience. We spent a weekend surrounded by peace and tranquility, immersed in a refined and relaxing atmosphere. A special mention goes to the staff—always attentive, discreet, and thoughtful. Every need was met with professionalism and genuine courtesy. I would like to sincerely thank the General Manager, Pierre, for the kindness and care he showed us throughout our stay. His attentiveness made our time there even more memorable.

Being so expensive they should not charge for chairs around the pool. The restaurant is a disaster. They charge you indiscriminately with multiple errors.

We went there to have a breakfast and it was amazing!! It was such an awesome experience; food was great and excellent service with a fabulous view. Very clean and friendly atmosphere, and the beach look fantastic! We will definitely come back.

My mom and I took my girls for four nights in June. The day we arrived it was raining and anything and everything we asked for to make the day a little more enjoyable for my girls they made happen. Rooms, restaurants and the friendly staff made the trip unforgettable. We will be back.

We stayed at several Four Seasons hotels and honestly, Palm Beach is the best FS resort we ever stayed at. The staff went above and beyond and was extremely attentive the whole stay. The property is beautiful - we dislike large hotels and the size of Palm Beach was perfection - sufficiently big so you don’t see other guests and private enough to relax and enjoy our time. The facilities were amazing, the beach was peaceful. There are no bad rooms at this hotel honestly, the views are stunning from any angle. Can’t recommend it enough. Thank you for making our stay a dream!
