Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach

I’ve been fortunate enough to stay at some top hotels over the years, but I have never experienced such fantastic service as I have at this resort. From the guys around the pool, to the restaurant staff, front desk.. just superb. Nothing is too much trouble, always with a smile and they can’t do enough for you. The only downside is that we are leaving tomorrow and pretty gutted about that. We will definitely be back. A particular shout out to the chef who went above and beyond to cater for my picky palate during the new year eve set menu dinner-

I’ve been extremely fortunate to have stayed at some incredible hotels over the years and $ for $ this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The service is phenomenal (staff can’t do enough and always with a smile on their faces), the food fantastic (we stayed over New Year and leave tomorrow), and the rooms just perfect. I can’t praise the resort high enough and as I said, having been lucky to stay at hotels that would be considered in the top 50 anywhere, this comes out at the very top for my family and I. Credit to all the staff and management here and I can’t wait for us to come back. It’s just a shame we live so far away in Scotland.

The staff are very attentive and provide great service. The room was very nice, they had some very nice little gifts and other things to celebrate Christmas. The pool was good and the breakfast is excellent.

I hadn't been here in 9 years, and they've made some updates. Many beautiful touches in the decor, glassware, flowers. It's such a great hotel. The service (especially in the restaurants, bars and parking) is impeccable. Everyone is kind and helpful. The food is fantastic. The rooms are immaculate and comfortable. The hotel was fairly full for part of the weekend but the overwhelming vibe was calm and relaxed, which made it the perfect place to escape and enjoy some warm weather and Florida lifestyle.

Pretty and great customer service

Second visit to Four Seasons at Palm Beach, and this time was even better than my first one! I had my child with me this time and the staff was very friendly and accommodating to us. They even have a fantastic games room that my kiddo loved -- we spent hours in there, playing ping pong, air hockey, basketball, skee ball, multiple arcade-quality racing games, a pool table, board games, and even a couple of playstations with dozens of awesome video games (even Grand Theft Auto!). It was like having a mini Dave & Buster's right there in the hotel, with a young, friendly staff in there to hang with the kids and play games when the parents need to step out for a breather! Aside from the games room, our room was perfect, with a gorgeous balcony and superb view of the pool and the beach behind it. Clear nights, we could see all the stars from the terrace. Everything was super clean, fantastic bathroom, amenities, stocked mini-bar, temperature was perfect at all times. In-room dining was amazing, and kitchen was always standing by willing to accommodate our requests day or night. The staff overall was so helpful and friendly -- they didn't let us carry anything. The valet staff was always on point and ready to bring my vehicle up within a few minutes, even when it got a little busy. This place sets the bar very high for all competitors but my kiddo and I are now both spoiled by Four Seasons; I would not bother going anywhere else for this type of luxury getaway.

Everything

Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. The bedding was cloud-like, the room layout was intuitive, and the bathroom was spa-worthy. What really stood out was how the staff remembered our preferences after just one day - from our favorite breakfast table to our preferred newspaper. The location couldn't have been better, and the overall ambiance was serene yet sophisticated.
