Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach

The property is beautiful and the beach is pristine. Every one of the staff members were friendly and accommodating. The only downside is it’s far from true Palm Beach so it required rides to all the good restaurants and the shopping.

We are currently staying at the Four Seasons for the week with our two children. I am extremely disappointed. While the service is wonderful as is typical for a Four Seasons, the amenities at this location are terrible. Very old and outdated. The pool is extremely small. There is an adult pool but that’s even smaller than the family pool. There are no outdoor hot tubs. Apparently, they have a hot tub that is located in the spa area (in the basement of the hotel) but it closes at 7pm so didn’t get a chance to use it when we finally figured it out at 7:30 pm last night. The lobby and rooms are beautifully decorated but still very much in need of an update. The hotel does not even have very good facilities such as bathrooms well located throughout — particularly near the pool, etc. I would absolutely recommend that you stay elsewhere in Palm Beach, as there are many other luxury resorts with amenities.

AMAZING

Understated for a four seasons. At first we thought it was tired and then realized it was recently renovated to look like old Florida. Not my favorite but definitely clean, neat and pleasant. What sets this hotel apart is the staff - from the valet team to the front desk to the beach team, everyone was friendly, helpful and efficient. Even when we sort of threw a fit about something that seemed important at the time , the front desk team was patient, polite and responsive (not sure I would have been that way to me). In particular we want to shout out Amy at the front desk and Hermy at the beach. They were among those that made this a fabulous stay! Also worthy of note - the food at the beach/pool was amazing. Somebody knows how to cook! Only suggestion is - get new sofa beds that do not need a crow bar to open and that have a comfortable mattress that does not leave spring imprints on your body when you awake in the morning, This hotel is too expensive and fancy to have such a terrible accommodation .
