Great location. Beachfront was amazing. Staff on the beach was excellent.

Was not impressed with how this did not accommodate us to check in early as the only said if we wanted an upgrade those rooms were available. Clearly, they waited till literally 4 o’clock to have us check in. I find out a bit ironic that that is their check-in and that is when our room was ready considering we were driving from Toronto Ontario Canada to stay there for our 30th anniversary and my wife’s birthday as well. For a five star hotel, it felt a bit cold and by the book for that reason.

Our stay at the resort was nothing short of exceptional. From the warm, personalized service to the stunning surroundings and luxurious accommodations, every detail was thoughtfully curated to create a relaxing and memorable experience. The food was outstanding, the amenities top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We left refreshed, impressed, and eager to return.

It really was an unforgettable experience, over our expectation, me and my family had the best vacation ever. Can't wait to visit again.

Their spa is among the very best. whenever I am in town, I always book a massage and hopefully I can book it with Patrick. He has been there a long time and is the best massage therapist ever. You can also book the weekend day spot and beach retreat, where you can also use their pristine beach and you get money towards lunch.

I had an unfortunate experience during a recent visit to the Four Seasons Palm Beach, which left a lasting negative impression. While the rest of my interactions here aligned with my expectation of a high-end hospitality brand, a particular encounter on our last day with a member of the security team stood in stark contrast. Despite understanding the importance of maintaining safety and discretion at a luxury property, this individual’s approach was unnecessarily harsh, confrontational, and strikingly arrogant. It felt out of place and completely misaligned with the level of service Four Seasons is known for. I sincerely hope the hotel re-evaluates how its security personnel are trained — not only in handling potential concerns but in applying basic courtesy, tone, and respect when dealing with guests or visitors. A brand that prides itself on world-class hospitality should ensure that every team member, especially those who serve as the first point of contact, upholds that standard. Over the years, I’ve stayed at a wide range of properties from 3 to 5 stars, and rarely have I encountered such an off-putting experience.

From the moment we arrived, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The service is warm, thoughtful, and intuitive. Every team member goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and genuinely cared for. This is more than just a place to stay. It is a true escape. We left feeling refreshed, pampered, and already excited to return. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a five-star experience in paradise!
