Quality Inn Fort Wayne

Nice place.Clean..just need nore options for breakfast..Is this place under new ownership since the name has changed?

Clean and comfortable. It in an area with several comparable hotels but it was priced lower for my 2 day stay.

There was awful construction in the entire fing building which no one told us beforehand. The entire lobby was tore apart and the check in was OUTSIDE in an unairconditioned spaced IN THE SUN. WTF.

Everything. The stupid keypads don’t freaking work. I spent $50 more for this than the nicer hotel fing next door. Ridiculous.

The sleep it was good to stay in for a night!

Hello, i didn’t like the receptionists there , she wasn’t much help At all. I was not happy with her service . She was rude to me all because my booking wasn’t in their system she said it was the fault of booking.com and she left me hanging until I got someone from customer service on the app call her and figure it out .. because she said she wasn’t going to get me a refund … I definitely didn’t like her service ! . But other then that the stay was great!

It being remodeled The staff

The bathroom being too small The tub felt weak in the middle. The towel bar over the toilet was loose. the toilet being too low The dressing area was very small Not really having a hot breakfast Except for sausage,nothing else but cold stuff, 1 table to eat at, but that could be because of the remodel But our room is already remodeled. The staff was very friendly, though. And it was clean.

Fire alarm not in wall, ground on clock broken, front of ac coming off, broken lamp that was belt into wall , another free standing lamp would not come on, they did not get the dehumidifier to work until Saturday, handicap bathroom did not have shower hose sprayer, they did not want to fix problems some wanted to argue instead of listen, when I got their I said you look like you are under construction I wanted to leave and cancel she said we are not yes they are. I did not like this stay. I will not stay here again. I am not typing in another box

Breakfast was not to my liking at all sausages were boiled and left sitting in the boiled water.. they were doing construction in the lobby and down the halls so there was no access to my room from the inside I had to walk around the outside the whole building to get to my room

I booked a room on line while on the road for one night at this Quality Inn location. When I pulled into the front entrance, my heart dropped as it appeared that the place was closed-down: no cars parked out front, paper signs taped to the front doors. Fortunately, there was a sign indicating that check-in was relocated to a side entrance during the renovation of the lobby/front desk area. Despite the reno work going on, I was put in a nice clean room away from any work noises. Would be interesting to see the finnished work upon completion.

Overall our stay was nice. Downside was an old matress. Tired enough to sleep, need to replace matress and stay Would be 5.
