Quality Inn Fort Wayne

This hotel is under construction currently. Which would have been nice to know prior to reservation. They allow early check-in how ever they charge even if it’s only a hour early (again would have been nice to know before reservation). We were able to get a room on the first floor but had to go back outside in the rain to our room. Room was very nice but had a purification system which was very noisy all night. Keyless entry was very helpful. Breakfast was none existent- except waffles and a few yogurts. Not much at all extremely disappointing. The location is nice but we probably will not stay again. There are several nicer places near by.

It is nice quiet hotel. They are currently renovating and the room we had has been renovated and was nice and clean.

After arriving hours after checkin time…we got a dirty room. They didn’t want to refund the money. The employees laughed in our faces and continued to do so. Do not go here!! Save your money!

The property was doing some renovation. The bathroom was very small and rooms had hardwood instead of carpet. It was a roof over our head for the night. We got what we paid for.

Check in did not know what to do, very hard to understand. Hotel needs updates, breakfast was only muffins and apples. Staff not very knowledgeable. Biggest issue was trying to get into the room, the keyless touchpad hardly worked. Would not pick if had to return.

Took 4 rooms till i got one were the heater worked or there wasnt a gap in the sill of the window. Then the staff start being mean about my desire to be in a warm room
